I applied for and got this studio before I moved to melbs. I get loads of great sunlight. there’s an amusement park across the street (I hear kiddies screaming all day). and the beach is 2 blocks away. I feel pretty lucky to have gotten this space – it’s really helped me settle that much faster into full-time creating (finally, after all these years!). and it’s close enough that I bike to work everyday. heaven….
